Although we sincerely hope your purchase exceeds expectations, we offer a 14 day return policy in the event it does not suit your needs. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept your return after this point.


  • Customers must initiate a return by emailing within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers will be asked to complete a return form and confirm return delivery preference
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received - No scratches, dents, scuffs, rips, etc.
  • Items must be returned with all of the original packaging - Boxes, foam, bubble wrap, etc.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can arrange return pickup/shipping through our carriers for $100 and deduct the cost from the final refund amount if easier
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit. This involves making sure they are properly wrapped in their original boxes and securely packaged.
  • Items will incur a restocking fee of 5% if returned due to dimensions/size as these specifications are clearly communicated on the website.


  • Returned items will be inspected within 2 business days of receipt
  • In the event there is damage, Mobility Extra will deduct the replacement part costs detailed on the return form and issue a partial refund
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment and may take up to 10 days depending on your bank

Damages upon receipt of purchase:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. You have 24hrs from delivery time to notify us of any damages.
